WHAT ARE THE BEST FOOD FOR YOUR TEETH?
"From the dental point of view, many “healthy” foods are not always the best for our teeth, but there is always a way to prevent or reduce potential damage to them".
SOME DENTAL TIPS FOR THAT BEAUTIFUL SMILE

Floss
I have to start this list with the simplest and the must dental routine, as there is no way around this one: floss and then clean your teeth with a soft bristles brush before going to bed, and at another time of the day, most people would choose to do it in the morning.
Soft bristles bend around your teeth much better than sturdier ones and help to prevent damage to your teeth and gums. You will get additional protection if you use a fluoride toothpaste… What brand? any, as long as it has at least 1450ppm of sodium fluoride. Ah… and do not forget to brush your tongue too, in a downward direction.

Don't Brush Right After A Meal
When we eat our food is broken down by the teeth and the enzymes of our mouth, both increase the acidity in it, for which is important to NOT brush right after we have eaten or had juice, smoothie, snack, fruit, etc. Is best to wait about 45 minutes to 1 hour to allow time for our saliva to wash away those acids, but if you really like the feel of brushing right away, then you might want to have a glass of milk (cows milks), a large glass of water, or a piece of cheese.
All those help to neutralise the acids in our mouth, therefore you will prevent damage to your teeth. If you have already brushed your teeth before your food or beverage, but want a fresher feel, you can use mouthwash or a sugar-free chewing gum. In this link you can find more information about foods that can be damaging for our teeth:

Choose Sugar-Free
Energy drinks or smoothies, try to choose a sugar-free energy drink or to sip your smoothie with a straw, or to drink it in a short period of time/ one go, to prevent those acids lingering in your mouth for too long. The reason is, that the more times we eat and drink throughout the day, the more our mouth will be under constant high pH levels (acid attack) which translates into teeth damage.
