STRENcardio Intro Offer Agreement
1. Introduction
This Agreement governs your purchase and use of STRENcardio introductory training offers("Intro Offers"). By completing your purchase, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Offer Definitions
· "Foundation Session": Single 60-minute session· "Jumpstart Week": 3 sessions within 7 consecutive days
· "Goal Crusher Intensive": 30-day program as described
· "Activation Date": Date of purchase payment confirmation
3. Strict Expiration Policy
3.1All Intro Offers expire exactly 30 calendar days from Activation Date.3.2Sessions must be both booked and completed within the 30-day period.
3.3Extensions are not permitted for any reason including but not limited to:
· Illness or injury
· Travel or vacation
· Work conflicts
· Personal emergencies
· Weather conditions
4. No Refunds Policy
4.1All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is processed.4.2Unused sessions are forfeited after the 30-day expiration date.
4.3Offers have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted to credit.
4.4STRENcardio does not offer prorated refunds for partially used packages.
5. Booking & Cancellation
5.1Sessions are subject to trainer availability.5.224-hour notice required for rescheduling. Late cancellations forfeit the session.
5.3No-shows count as a used session and cannot be rescheduled.
5.4Clients are responsible for scheduling all sessions within their offer period.
6. Limitation of Liability
STRENcardio is not responsible for:· Clients failing to book sessions within the 30-day period
· Client scheduling conflicts or availability issues
· Unused sessions due to client circumstances
7. General Provisions
7.1Limit one Intro Offer per person.7.2STRENcardio reserves the right to refuse service.
7.3We reserve the right to modify these terms with notice.
7.4This agreement supersedes any verbal representations.
8. Acknowledgement
By purchasing,you acknowledge:· You understand the 30-day expiration policy
· You accept the no-refunds policy
· You are responsible for scheduling sessions promptly
· You have received and read these terms
9. Core Package Terms
9.1All packages expire as follows:· 4-Session Pack: 6 weeks from purchase date
· 8-Session Pack: 8 weeks from purchase date
· 12-Session Pack: 10 weeks from purchase date
9.2Package sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable
9.3Unused sessions forfeited after expiration period
9.4One 7-day freeze permitted per package with medical note
9.5Sessions cannot be shared between clients

Terms & Conditions for Service
Session Title: Nutrition & Wellness Counselling - Intro Session (45 mins)
Booking & Payment
· Payment of £35 is required to secure your 45-minute session booking.· Please book and attend your session within 3 months of purchase.
Cancellation & Rescheduling · If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
· Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the session fee.
Session Conduct
· Sessions will start and end promptly at the scheduled time.· For the best experience, please join from a quiet, private location with a stable internet connection if conducted online.
