Today I will explain to you how you can start losing body fat without gym subscriptions.
Some of my clients have done this and later found out they’ve unlocked the best secret for weight loss. I will explain what you need to do, things to avoid and the best approach to kick start losing that body fat.
YOUR FRAME OF MIND
You are in control of your thoughts. You can achieve this by focusing on things that matters the most to you.
Adhere to limitation. Don’t entertain or subscribe to things that will hinder your progress. It may seem impossible to do, but this is by far the most realistic approach. No other human being can produce your thoughts.
Thoughts are always influenced by external and internal factors. This is why it is very crucial to surround yourself with positive internal and external factors.
If you want to lose weight, you must align yourself and welcome internal and external factors that will help you lose weight.
One of my clients was a young man, Basher, who weighed over 120 kgs. There were several factors that were hindering his weight loss.

Avoid eating late, know your distractions. It’s very hard to pinpoint what exactly are the factors hindering your weight loss progress. From the list above, you can have a rough idea what are the main obstacles.
Practice discipline and learn how to maintain discipline. You must wake up from a dream state and start applying initiatives to a healthier state.

Remember, if something IS working well on the inside, it will be noticed on the outside. Likewise, if something is NOT working well on the inside, it will be noticed on the outside
