WHO IS THIS FOR?
This 35 minute program in pdf format is ideal for the busy mom, dad, and of course those working-from-home. You have no excuse not to move your body.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
You will lose weight, be happier, and feel proud of yourself. Note, this is not a bespoke program. You must have a clearance from your doctor before starting any workout program. This is a complete total body workout that you should do 3 times a week. It’s simple, fun and requires no equipment.
HOW IS IT DONE?

The first stage. You will start off with what I call a warm-out. This is a warm-up that morphed into a workout.

The second stage consists of moving a major group of muscles.
→ 3.
The 3rd stage is when you get into the rhythm and groove of things. Make sure you have nice music in the background to give you that extra good-vibes feel. Trust me, your brain shall reward you with cocktails of neurochemicals.
→ 4.The final stage is the warm-down. This is when you stop questioning your doubts and start believing in yourself.
